A Note About Something Called "Love" and "Home"

Maybe, actually I didn't hate you.
Maybe, actually I can never hate you.
Maybe, all those hatred grew because I forced myself too much not to love you anymore.
Maybe, all those hatred was just a vulnerable defense to brake my steps not to fall in your arms again.
And that was all in vain.
See? I was not strong enough to keep my brain washed from all the thoughts and memories of you.
I was not strong enough to keep on lying to my heart about what I really felt; that it was really hard to let you go.
Now, it was all gone. All those pain has washed away.
I love you.
That's all I know right now.

Now, we're coming back to the place where we once found ourselves in love.
A place where the seeds of love, trust, and hope were grown in every moment we looked into each others' eyes and held each others' hand.
A place where we can feel safe and contempt.
A place that was torn down by a hurricane.
A place where "hello" and "goodbyes" are said.
A place that we left behind several months ago.

We then got out with our own individualistic wandering.
Yet surprisingly, we finally come back to the same place.
Even though the situation is not like we used to see in children's-lullaby fairytales.
We come back bringimg our grieves and madness. We're broken.
But I'm sure this place will give us what we once planted: love, trust, and hope.
We might need long time to water it all so that it can back to green, but nevermind.
Just like the song I've ever heard from Sheryl Crow & Sting:
It's always easy to start over with the ones you hold so dear.

And now I realized that, indeed, love is forgiveness.
Love is forgiveness. Forgiveness is love.
I learned it. From our journey. From you.
Thanks for teaching me about forgiveness.

No matter what we're going through, I believe that there will be a light.
Everything will be fine in the end.
I can see it, I can see that every night will turn into a bright morning.
In that place called home.
